Some prefer to scoop the delightfully rich layer of cream off the top and eat it separately. Or you can blend it in with the rest of the yogurt for an incredibly smooth treat. (While our 6oz Blueberry Cream Top has fruit on the bottom, our new quart has the fresh taste of blueberries blended right into our creamy whole milk yogurt.)

The Jersey cow milk used in our Cream Top yogurt is naturally higher in protein, calcium, and butterfat, so we never need to add stabilizers or thickening agents.
