Oat Bar

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 cup Brown Cow Cream Top Maple yogut
  • 4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, salt, banana, and yogurt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn batter into greased 9x13x2" pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cut into 30 bars and store in an airtight container. Makes 30 servings.
