- 4 8oz. salmon fillets
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup Brown Cow Low Fat plain Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Brush each fillet with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Broil or grill the salmon for 8-10 minutes until done. If grilling, flip fillet after 4 minutes, and grill on reverse side. Place garlic and dill in a food processor and chop until finely diced. Add yogurt and lemon juice, then blend.
Serve salmon with yogurt and dill sauce and accompany with your favorite vegetables.
