Fresh Fruit with Honey-Yogurt Dip


  • 2 cups Brown Cow plain yogurt, whole milk or Non Fat
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon


Cut assorted fresh fruit (such as apples, bananas, pineapple and/or strawberries) into wedges or bite-size pieces. Combine yogurt, honey and cinnamon in small bowl. Stir to blend. Place bowl on platter. Surround with fruit and serve. Makes about 2 cups.
